The 2nd floor office is very quiet, lit by skylights, and consists of 3 small rooms. It is zoned for medical use, such as physical therapy or other bodywork. The largest room has plumbing and a working wet-bar.

The Roos Brothers Building is located in the center of Downtown Berkeley. The building is amongst myriad food and shopping options, BART access, the UC Campus, and much more.
